DESCRIPTION:
The Bed and Breakfast “Il Fenicottero rosa” is located in the centre of Cagliari, in one of the historical districts of the city: “Villanova”. From the house it will be very easy to reach all the most important museums and historical monuments.
The house has two rooms available for the guests, 1 single and 1 double with a balcony. The bathroom will be shared with the other guests. Is free of charge for children under the age of 3 and a 50% discount will be applied for those under the age of 9. Heating is in all the house the air conditioners. The guest can use internet wireless.
In the morning a generous breakfast with , yogurt, milk, coffee, croissant, marmalade, butter, bread and toasts will wait for you.
If you come to Cagliari for tourism or for work this is the ideal location. We are a few steps from the inner centre and close to all the institutional headquarters and to the major Universities. Moreover we are also close to the train and bus station.
We are also ten minutes in bus, form the “Poetto” beach. A beautiful beach witch extends for 8Km along the gulf of Cagliari.
