In Barcelona, in the charming district of Eixample, in an old fashion house you will find fashion Fashion House. Fashion House is managed by people who love to travel for people who love to travel. The idea is that our guests can have the same comfort and intimacy that have at home even while traveling. Dedicated and careful staff will help you to find restaurants, museums and entertainment that most meets your needs and tastes.

PRICES / OFFERS:
Rates depend on the season and availability
Minimum stay: 2 nights (3 nights at Easter, fairs, special events and other holidays; 4 nights at New Year)
If the reservation is made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, a 1 night stay can be accepted.
Extra bed: 20 euros per night.
Children under 2 years old free
Children from 2 to 12 years in extra bed: 10 euros per night
Optional breakfast: 6 euros per person

NOTES:
Fashion House is located in a fine 19th century building in the heart of Eixample, in the centre of Barcelona, a few steps away from the Paseo de Gracia and Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter.
A careful renovation has added comfort and functionality to the ample spaces, keeping the atmosphere and enchantment of that period.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable all equipped with heating and air conditioning.
In addition you can also enjoy the common spaces such as a beautiful 100 sq meters terrace/garden and the large living room with an ancient marble fire-place.
STUDIO/SUITE
The studio/suite is like a studio flat inside our guesthouse. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning, private bathroom, fridge, kitchenette and television with satellite antenna.
It can sleep up to 4 people.
(Standard price single/double occupancy 117/125 depending on the studio)
ROOMS
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with 4,5 m high ceilings, adorned by charming stuccoes and friezes. All of them have heating and air conditioning.
We have double rooms with twin beds or double bed and triple rooms. (Standard price double euro 80 per night)
Some rooms also have a veranda. (Standard price euro 90 per night)
The bathrooms (one bathroom every two rooms) are along the corridors, just a few steps from the rooms.
LOUNGE
The large 30 sq meters living room is one of the cosiest part of Fashion House, made even more charming, by an ancient marble fire-place. This is an open space available for all the guests of Fashion House. You can enjoy your breakfast here.
TERRACE
Another common space is the 100 sq meters terrace/garden, furnished with plants, flowers, umbrellas, tables, and chairs.
If you wish, we can serve your breakfast also in this area.
LOCATION
Fashion House Bed & Breakfast is located on Carrer (street) Bruc in the heart of Eixample, the elegant and central area of Barcelona a few minutes walk from Paseo de Gracia and only three blocks from Plaça Catalunya, the Ramblas, and the Gothic Quarter.
The subway and bus stops are 20 meters away, but you can reach the entire centre on foot.
Also, we are within walking distance from El Prat’s and Girona’s airports shuttle bus stations and from Paseo de Gracia’s train station.
