DESCRIPTION:
Romantic Vatican Rome Bed & Breakfast is a luxurious accommodation in
the heart of Rome which has recently opened and has been completely
refurbished. Situated in an impressive palace from the end of the 19th
century, it is located just a few steps away from Vatican City. Our
establishment, which is characterized by a sophisticated and charming
style, is the ideal destination for spending a pleasurable vacation as well
as satisfying business needs. We offer you services equivalent to those
of a four or five star hotel but we enable you to stay at half the
expense. The rooms are all complete with marble floors, antique decor
and beautiful antique prints with views of Rome, include a private en-
suite bathroom, free WiFi access, a safe, a minibar, air conditioning and
heating. St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel
are just a short walk away from the door of our Bed & Breakfast.
The stops for taxis, buses and the metro are located just a short
distance from the entrance of our accommodation. No other Bed &
Breakfast has a better location than ours at such an attractive price!

The rate includes the room, daily cleaning, breakfast, towels, bed linens
and air conditioning. The minimum stay is for three nights. The stay may
begin on any day of the week. Stays of less than three nights are
possible to arrange and can be agreed upon. The prices vary based on
the season and the duration of the stay. Rome is a marvelous city in
every season! The climate is mild in every period of the year, so take
advantage of the special packages and rates that our structure offers
you during the timeframe having the lowest level of tourists (November-
March).
NOTES:
As bed & breakfasts are small family managed businesses, there is no
reception service available 24 hours per day as with hotels. However,
each guest is asked to please notify the B&B owner by telephone of
their expected time of arrival at least 24 hours in advance. Arriving at
the structure without having previously advised us of your approximate
arrival time may cause an even longer wait. An oversight such as this
may not be the reason for making a complaint or expecting a refund. It
is advisable to contact the B&B to find out the penalty amount that
must be paid directly to the owner in the case of such an arrival without
having previously notified the owner.
CHECK-IN is after 12:00 noon. If you will be arriving before 12:00 noon,
your room may not yet be ready if other guests are departing on that
same day. However, you may leave your baggage and return later. The
check-in may also be done earlier if the room becomes available. If you
expect to arrive after 8:00 p.m., you are asked to specify this at the
time of reservation. Late arrivals after 11:00 p.m. cannot be guaranteed
availability of the room.
CHECK-OUT is by or before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
When departing, it is requested that you be out of the room by or
before 10:00 a.m. on the date of departure. However, the check-out
time may be extended up until 1:00 p.m. if there are no other
expected arrivals on that same day. Other schedules may be agreed
upon at the discretion of the owner.
