It is a nice villa with two independent apartments on ground and first floor and a private garden around organized with a veranda, social areas, and a barbecue to enlarge the living space, making outdoors eating and drinking comfortable and enjoyable. The villa is ideal for those seeking tranquility, at walking distance (only 100 m) from the beautiful beach of Bosa Marina, as well as from the mediterranean seaside promenade, where you will find typical restaurants, cafes and shops facing the sea.
