DESCRIPTION:
The bed & breakfast to host is located in the heart of the historical centre of San Sperate, very country known for murales resulting from the artistic movement of the Muralismo that began around in the second half of the 1960s. "Sa domu 'e ziu Pissenti" is a typical home campidanese, restored maintaining unaltered original characteristics, inner courtyard, a wide arched loggia and a spacious kitchen with fireplace for the breakfast. Structure has 3 bedrooms (1 double room, 1 double and 1 single), with bathroom with 2 rooms accessible to people with disabilities with bath according to, all equipped with autonomous heating and air conditioning systems.
January, November Closed.
PRICES / OFFERS:
Single room 35,00 €; Double room 60,00 €; Children 0-3 years free; Children 4-7 years 10,00 €; 8-12 years 15,00 €. The service includes accommodation and before breakfast (served from 8.00 to the 10.00), cleaning of the rooms two times a week and the linen once week.
